Small towns in Texas are where you can find some of the biggest, most exclusive real estate, the Houston Chronicle reported.

The newspaper's list features four exclusive Texas properties.

The first property listed is 750 Creel Creek in Fredericksburg. Listed for $13.9 million, the 11,388-square-foot mansion was built in 2008 and is situated on 250 acres.

5101 Hells Gate in Possom Kingdom Lake was also mentioned. The waterfront home has more than 14.000 square feet of living space and includes two slip docks on the lake.

Listed for $9.5 million, 3166 Workman Ranch in Somerville is a sprawling 18,000-square-foot home on 276 acres.

The fourth is a serene property near Lake Texoma. The $8.25 million home at 1282 Tanglewood in Pottsboro features a resort-style swimming pool and comes furnished.
