If you have participated and had a booth before and know all about it, skip right to reserving your booth and paying online. Be sure to read the Tradeshow Agreement to learn more about the tradeshow's guidelines and policies. By reserving online, you are accepting this agreement. If you were in the show last year but would like to move from your previous booth location, please note we will do our best to accommodate special requests based on availability. Previous exhibitors are given first choice to keep their existing space. Non-returning exhibitor spaces will be reassigned on a first come-first serve basis. RETURNING THIS YEAR BUSINESSCONNECTION FOOD COURT - The Regency Room will be transformed into a Food Court with several restaurants providing lunch options. Get your lunch ticket in advance for just $10/person. It gets you one-time entry for all you can eat from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. You won't have to give up your parking space to leave the show to go get lunch! A list of participating restaurants will be available soon. Thanks to Affiliated Foods and Ben E. Keith for bringing you this great addition to BusinessConnection. If you wait until the day of the show, lunch will cost you $15/person. Watch for a list of food court participants coming soon.

WHAT IS IT? BusinessConnection is the Chamber's premier business-to-business annual tradeshow that connects over 300 exhibitors to thousands of potential customers in just one day.
WHERE IS IT? The tradeshow is in the Amarillo Civic Center Complex located at 4th & Buchanan in downtown Amarillo. Exhibitors are set up in the North & South Exhibit Halls as well as the Heritage Ballroom. Entrance gates are inside Civic Center Entrances #2, #3 and #4.
WHEN IS IT? BusinessConnection is Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. We let VIP's in starting at 10 a.m. and the general public can attend the show starting at 1 p.m. for a small fee.
HOW MUCH IS IT TO VISIT THE BOOTHS? Complimentary tickets for the VIP Show may be picked up by Chamber Members and their employees at the Chamber office located at 1000 S. Polk until 5 p.m. on May 15th beginning April 22nd. The day of the show, general public tickets can be purchased for $5 at each gate from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

HOW CAN MY BUSINESS HAVE A BOOTH AT THE SHOW? If your business is a member of the Chamber and participated in the show last year, you can secure your same booth space NOW. You must confirm your reservation with payment no later than April 18, 2019 to guarantee your space. If you were in the show last year but would like to move from your previous booth location, please note we will do our best to accommodate special requests based on availability. Previous exhibitors are given first choice to keep their existing space. Non-returning exhibitor spaces will be reassigned on a first come-first serve basis. New participants may reserve a booth in the South Exhibit Hall now, or wait to see if there is available space in another area. Address special requests for reassignment to Jason Harrison at 806.342.2018.
WHAT IF MY BUSINESS DOES NOT BELONG TO THE CHAMBER? Non-members may reserve a booth in the South Exhibit Hall for $275 plus a non-member fee of $200 per booth. If you would like to learn more about becoming a member of the Chamber, contact Lindsey Arbeiter at 806.342.2006 or visit http://www.amarillo-chamber.org/join-the-chamber.html for details and the application. Membership for a business starts at $200/year for upto 5 full-time employees, and membership for a non-profit organization is $100/year. Many times, it is more economical to go ahead and join the Chamber!
HOW CAN I GET THE MOST EXPOSURE AT BUSINESSCONNECTION? We offer Gold and Silver Sponsorship opportunities to gain more exposure for your business during BusinessConnection. For available packages and benefits with samples of how your business is promoted, view the 2019 Sponsorship Packet (pdf). We also offer simple business card size ads in our printed show directory for $75. To see last year's show directory for a sample of participants, sponsors, maps and ads, click here. The 2019 Show Directory will be available online May 9, 2019 and 4,000 printed versions will be distributed at the show on May 16th.

WHAT COMES WITH MY BOOTH AND HOW DO I ORDER OTHER ITEMS? A decorating company will provide rental of items or services for the tradeshow. Each booth comes with 1 - 8 foot skirted table and 2 chairs with a small identification sign with the company name. To order additional tables, chairs, carpeting and more services, complete the Exhibit Rental Equipment & Service Order Form (Coming Soon) and submit with payment to the address on the form by Thursday, May 9th.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A BOOTH? You have 2 options: Print out a form and mail it in with a check to the Chamber or reserve your booth and pay with a credit cardonline.
