Enterprise litigation and Phoenix general manager for USAA Greg DeBernard; Salt River Project general manager and CEO Michael Hummel; and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona CEO Pam Kehaly will speak at the event.

"These local executives will share insights on being new leaders of local organizations in Arizona, the challenges, and opportunities facing their organizations and their perspectives on what it takes to make Phoenix a great place to live and do business," the Chamber said in a statement.

DeBernard served in the California and Utah National Guard while earning his law degree. He began with USAA in 1991 with the San Diego Staff Counsel Office.

Kehaly, who has over 30 years of experience in the health care industry, joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona in 2017.

"As these individuals lead their organizations, the Chamber looks forward to working with them to build lasting community connections and move Phoenix forward," the Chamber said.
