Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at Southern Careers Institute-Austin, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
Texas students paid $16,800 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 academic years.
Data shows 81 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 380 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.24 million and 323 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.52 million.
Including all undergraduates, 499 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.59 million. Another 389 took out $1.82 million in federal student loans.
