Arizona residents attending two-year schools pay the highest in-state tuition at Carrington College-Phoenix East, Universal Technical Institute of Arizona Inc and Golf Academy of America-Phoenix, according to a Higher Education Tribune analysis of federal data.

The analysis includes the cost of tuition only for the 2017-18 academic year reported by two-year schools to the U.S. Department of Education.
