The City of Surprise is accepting applications for resident volunteers interested in serving on several commissions.
Applications are available through this link or can be picked up from the City Clerk’s Office on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza. You may submit applications to the City Clerk’s Office in person, by e-mail via clerk@surpriseaz.gov, or through mail at
