Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Jan. 25.
The Signorelli Company, recognized as a leader in real estate development in Texas and Oklahoma, has hired Jeffrey Harrison as Senior Vice President of Retail Development. Harrison has over 30 years of experience in real estate with both public and private commercial real estate firms in Texas including seven years with publicly traded Weingarten Realty Investors and five years with The Weitzman Group in Dallas, as well as other respected national and regional firms across the country.
As Sr. V.P. of Retail, Jeff directs the retail development team, leasing team as well as asset management and property management including financial analysis and acquisitions for The Signorelli Company portfolio. With over 2 million square-foot of shopping, dining and entertainment in some stage of development from pre-leasing to fully stabilized, the Retail team has rapidly grown into a leader in this asset class. The Signorelli Company’s retail division is poised for substantial growth with significant projects in the current pipeline. Through Jeff’s leadership and experience, the company will continue to grow and outperform the market in this asset class.
