The Greater Hewitt Chamber has received the top prize in a statewide media contest, marking the second year Hewitt has won for its community guide and business directory in the 2017 Texas Chamber of Commerce Executive Association's Annual Media Contest.
“We are thrilled for our annual directory to receive this recognition,” Hewitt Chamber Executive Director Alissa Cady said in the announcement. “Our volunteers and staff work hard to promote the greater Hewitt area throughout the year, and our directory is just one of several ways we strive to serve our business members and community."
The annual contest includes a variety of media categories for chamber brochures, maps, newsletters, websites, directories, marketing and social media campaigns.
“In addition to the directory, we also have a quarterly magazine called the Hewitt Express, and we’ve more than doubled our circulation per issue due to demand,” Cady said in the Chamber’s announcement.
Founded in 1908, the Texas Chamber of Commerce Executive Association is a professional society of chamber of commerce executives and professionals throughout Texas.
