Since January 2010, Melinda Pepperl has been a part of the Fossil Group, serving as an in-house corporate counsel.

After graduating from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2001 and before coming to Fossil Group, Pepperl was a real estate attorney for Leggett & Clemons PLLC.

Pepperl has worked in a number of capacities, including managing transactional corporate, real estate and advertising legal areas to name a few. She believes that in a leadership position, she has been better able to serve and use her skills, such as motivating and inspiring those around her and helping with development.

"Through our global giving and sustainability efforts, we are making a big difference in the lives of others, while also doing all we can to save the planet," Pepperl said.

Pepperl is pleased to be working on a board that lines up with her on a personal level.

"Collectively, we come together and make prudent decisions for the betterment of this great community of the city of Richardson," Pepperl said.
