The Irving City Council unanimously approved plans for a headquarters hotel to be built neighboring the Irving Convention Center.
The upscale, $110 million full-service hotel will offer 350 guest rooms and over 16,000 square feet for a ballroom, boardroom and meeting space. The location will additionally provide a number of amenities, including a retail and restaurant facility. The plans also include an 840-space parking garage.
The hotel will be the final piece of the future entertainment district in the heart of Irving's Las Colinas. The hotel will complement the Convention Center and the 17-acre, multi-venue Irving Music Factory, which is under construction.
