Irving-based restaurant chain Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen completes acquisition of 44 restaurant locations from Greer Companies, increasing its corporate-owned restaurant count to 139 out of 164 locations nationwide.
The purchase includes restaurants in Kentucky, North Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia.
Family-owned hospitality and real estate development company, Greer Companies, have been owners of Cheddar's Casual Café franchises for over 20 years.

Having parallel professional philosophies, Greer Companies and Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen are excellent business partners to increase the notoriety of the growing brand.

All newly acquired restaurants locations will continue to operate under the Cheddar's Casual Café name.
