Only a few sponsorship opportunities remain on the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber schedule for 2017 for Five Star Business Mixers, Coffee Break, and Business Connection networking happenings.
Businesses that collaborate with the Chamber as a sponsor can expect their company to be the Calendar Sponsor in the Monday Business Report for the month of the hosted event as well and have its company logo prominently displayed. Sponsors can expect 56,000 impressions from the business report, which is sent to roughly 14,000 email recipients weekly.
In addition, the company’s logo will be hosted on the Chamber’s website on the even registration page, which offers 2,000 impressions. A logo embedded into the digital invitations distributed by the chamber will bring 200 impressions.
In addition to the robust opportunities to display a company’s logo and name, sponsors get approximately five minutes to speak about their company and can place marketing resources on each participant’s chair or have packets distributed by chamber employees.
Contact information, including copies of business cards, of each registered participant for the sponsored event will also be provided.
Sponsorship cost is $250 for each Coffee Break of Business Connection event. To sponsor a Five Star Business Mixer, a business must cover the cost of the venue to host roughly 75 people, plus hors d’oeuvres and two beverages for participants. The chamber has no additional sponsorship cost.
